This production line applies the Gas or Steam Planet-stirring-poto concentrate the pastry gently. This production line adopts Air-conditioner cooling tunnel to actively cool the bar slab,which is suitable for the frozen forming of viscous and stick materials. This production line adopts strip-cutting-knivesand servo-vertical-guillotine-knife to cut the slab into sliceThis production line adopts fully automatic pillow packaging with transverse&longitudinal separating roller to achieve thefast sorting and arrangement of bars, high-speed packaging.

Characteristics

1. This production line can realize the automatic preheating & proportioning of materails. Materails will be mixed in the cooking pot.

2.This production line applies the three-roll-feeding-hopper to spread the materail evenly.

3.This production line adopts fan-cooling & water-cooling to achieve evenly cooling from bottom to top.

4. This production line adopts the verticle/transverse cutting integrated cutter-head , the cutting size is accurate, bar will be separated completely.
