Single Component Hydrophilic Polyurethane Grouting fluid is a kind
of polymer chemistry grouting material, which is made of
hydrophilic polyether polyols and Isocyanate. The material reacts
with water to form an elastic colloidal solid, thus achieving a
good water-stopping effect. It is a new high-pressure grouting
material for water-proof and leak-stopping.

Single Component Oil Soluble Polyurethane Grouting Fluid

One-component polyurethane grout (Oil-soluble) is a kind of
chemical grout material, which is formed by composite
polymerization of polybasic alcohol and polybasic Isocyanate with
isocyanate groups at the end. The material reacts with water
immediately to produce gas, volume expansion and the formation of a
water-insoluble and has a certain strength of the foaming body, can
be waterproof leakage, more suitable for reinforcement.

High Polymer Elasticity Waterproofing Plugging agen Grouting
Material
This product is the introduction of foreign advanced technology
production of polymer elasticity, plugging agent, water as a
reaction agent. The product reacts with water and rapidly foams,
expands and solidifies to form a compact high-elasticity and
toughness gel, which has excellent self-repairing performance. Its
water-proof and leak-stopping effect is 2-3 times higher than that of traditional leak-stopping materials.

Epoxy Resin Injection Grout Two Component Grouting Material
The high permeability modified epoxy is a low viscosity, double
liquid, low temperature hardened, hardened type of epoxy for
injection repair. The product can be cured in water, curing time
can be controlled, non-shrinkage after curing characteristics,
mainly used for concrete structure crack leakage repair. It has
excellent binding force for various structures, especially for the
reinforcement of concrete leakage. With the aid of mechanical
high-pressure injection, the product can fully achieve the effect
of water-proof and structural reinforcement for the micro-cracks in
the structure.

Polyurea Grouting Fluid
Polyurea grouting liquid is a friendly material, non-toxic,
VOC-free, highly weather-resistant, highly tough, highly adhesive,
and highly impermeable, and can be applied to both dry and wet
surfaces. It has high adaptability in terms of erosion resistance,
wear resistance, carbonization resistance, frost resistance, and
chemical corrosion resistance, and its high solid content enables
it to quickly form a film on the surface of concrete or metal, and
maintain good results at ambient temperatures between -40℃ and
120℃. Its single component facilitates construction, whether it is
grouting, grouting, or brushing or scraping. Ordinary
single-component grouting machines or high-pressure grouting
machines are fully capable of implementing concrete plugging,
grouting, and concrete-metal connection processes; and after
molding, it has ultra-high tensile strength and elongation.

Acrylate grouting material
Acrylate injection grouts is a high-elasticity gel formed from
acrylate monomers as the main agent, with water as the carrier,
under the action of initiators and accelerators (curing agents). It
is free of toxic components, making it an environmentally friendly
chemical grouting material for leak plugging and waterproofing. It
has high viscosity, strong penetration ability, and the gel
exhibits excellent impermeability, viscoelasticity, and aging
resistance.

1. Stored in clean, dry and sealed iron drums
2. Transport according to regular product requirements, prevent
rain, exposure, squeezing, and collision, and ensure that th
packaging is intact.
3. The product should be stored in a ventilated, dry and cool
place, away from direct sunlight and rain. The storage temperature
should not be higher than 40℃.
4. Under normal storage conditions, the shelf life is 9months.
