The full-process cleaning and drying equipment specially designed for metal processing parts (bearings/gears/fasteners/stamping parts) integrates three core modules: dual-frequency ultrasonic cleaning, vapor phase vacuum drying, and intelligent lifting system, and achieves 99.8% oil removal rate and 0.1μm particle cleanliness for cutting fluid residues (mineral oil/synthetic esters), abrasive paste, metal chips and other pollutants. The equipment is compatible with full-size workpieces from M2 screws to 200mm bearings, meeting the high-precision cleaning requirements of metal plating, spraying and assembly, and the surface tension of the workpiece after drying is ≥ 72mN/m, eliminating secondary pollution such as watermarks and oil films.
