    1. Extremely lightweight and ultra-high strength structure:

    Higher strength steel: HG60, HG70 and even higher strength grades of low-alloy high-strength steel (such as S690QL) are used in a wider range, and thicker plates or reinforcing ribs are used in key stress-bearing parts (such as end beam body, wheel support structure, and connection flange) to ensure that the strength, stiffness and fatigue life requirements under 63-ton extreme loads are met while significantly reducing the dead weight.

    More precise finite element optimization: The structural design has undergone more rigorous finite element analysis (FEA) to optimize stress distribution, eliminate weak points, and achieve the most effective use of materials.

    2. Multi-wheel trolley system (core difference):

    8-wheel or 16-wheel design is the mainstream: Under a load of 63 tons, it is difficult to control the wheel pressure within an economically reasonable range with only 4 wheels (usually requiring ≤25-30 tons/wheel). Therefore, a balancing trolley structure must be adopted.

    8-wheel design (2 double-wheel balancing trolleys on each side of the end beam): The most common solution. Each trolley contains two wheels, and the articulated or balanced beam structure ensures that each wheel is evenly stressed. Effectively disperse the wheel pressure and protect the track and plant foundation.

    16-wheel design (two four-wheel balanced trolleys on each side end beam): Used in situations with ultra-large spans, extremely high wheel pressure limits, or extremely smooth operation. Further reduce the pressure on a single wheel for smoother operation.

    Heavy-duty trolley frame: The trolley frame itself is a solid welded structure made of high-strength steel with built-in heavy-duty spherical roller bearings.

    High-load-bearing wheels: The wheel diameter is usually greater than 40 tons (common Φ630mm, Φ710mm or even larger), made of forged alloy steel, and the tread is deeply quenched (hardness ≥HB320-380), with extremely high pressure resistance, wear resistance and fatigue resistance.

    3. Powerful "three-in-one" drive system (power and quantity upgrade):

    Higher power unit: The drive motor power is significantly increased (possibly up to 15kW or higher), the torque capacity of the reducer is larger, and the brake braking force is stronger to meet the start-stop, acceleration and braking requirements of a 63-ton load.

    Bilateral drive (standard) and possible four-corner drive: It is a basic requirement that both end beams are equipped with drives. For large spans (such as >25m) or occasions requiring extremely high synchronization accuracy, four-corner drive (that is, a set of "three-in-one" drive units are installed on each balancing trolley) may be used to provide more uniform driving force and braking force, greatly improve the trolley operation synchronization, and prevent twisting and gnawing of the rails.

    Higher level "three-in-one": Use industrial-grade or even heavy-duty three-in-one drive units with higher protection levels (IP55/IP65), insulation levels (F-level) and thermal capacity.
