Stainless Steel Fabrication: Flat Sheet to Functional Assembly
We transform stainless steel sheet into engineered components
through four core operations: CNC forming, code-qualified welding,
deep draw stamping, and integrated case building. This process
chain delivers geometric precision and metallurgical integrity for
demanding applications.
Process Integration: Forming & Joining
Our CNC press brakes execute multi-axis bend sequences with angular
repeatability within ±0.5°. Welding operations follow pre-qualified
WPS protocols—TIG for precision joints, pulsed MIG for production
throughput—ensuring fusion consistency and minimal distortion. The
forming-to-welding handoff eliminates tolerance accumulation in
built-up assemblies.
Controlled Material Flow Drawing
Deep draw forming uses progressive dies designed in-house, with
simulations predicting strain distribution and thinning. This
produces seamless three-dimensional geometries—stepped cups,
contoured housings, embossed panels—with wall thickness variation
held under 10% and no secondary machining required.
Sector-Specific Enclosure Solutions
Case assemblies are engineered for functional requirements rather
than generic use: marine electronics housings with salt-spray
resistance, medical device chassis with sanitary surface finishes,
or telecom enclosures integrating thermal management features. We
form mounting bosses, gasket channels, and cable ports directly
from the base sheet to reduce hardware and assembly steps.

Embedded Quality Controls
SPC monitors bend angles, weld penetration depth, and draw tonnage
in real time. First-article inspection reports conform to AS9102,
and material traceability links to mill heat numbers. Our metrology
lab provides CMM dimensional data and tensile test results for
process qualification.
Technical Liaison Model
We embed our applications engineers into your design
cycle—reviewing prints for forming limits, advising on alloy
selection (304L, 316L, duplex grades), and optimizing features for
