Instructions:	1. Clamp the sample, and use a universal fixture to clamp the sample according to the shape of the sample and the customer's drop on the sample (whether the sample needs to be clamped by a fixture is according to the customer). 2. Start to set the test stroke, loosen the fixed handle on the electromagnet rod with the left hand, move the bottom end of the electromagnet fixing rod to a drop height greater than 4cm (the drop height at this time is not very accurate), and then tighten the fixed handle slightly, and suck the required steel ball on the electromagnet. Place one end of the equipped rectangular ruler perpendicular to the scale of the required height on the drop bar, and make the lower end of the ball perpendicular to the height scale of the required height by moving it slightly, and then tighten the fixed handle. 3. Start the test, press the drop button, the steel ball falls freely, impact the sample, and repeat the test and replace the steel ball test or replace the product test according to the customer's needs, and the test results of each time should be recorded.
Precautions and maintenance:	1. Align the center of the steel ball with the center of the clamp and fix it. 2. After the steel ball falls, it may jump out of the box, so pay attention to safety. 3. Do not scratch the surface of the machine with sharp objects. 4. After each test, please wipe the machine. 5. Wipe the steel ball clean and put it back in the box. 6. After the test is finished, please turn off the power.
