EN13823 Test Overview:	This experiment tests the fire reaction performance of building materials or products, and determines the fire reaction performance of flat building products through testing.
Equipment composition:	The equipment includes a combustion laboratory, control room, trolley, exhaust pipe, data collection and analysis device, and gas supply control device.
EN13823 Equipment Technical Parameters:	1. Combustion laboratory: L3000 * W3000 * H2400 (MM), with a gas collection hood and exhaust pipe connected to the sampling pipeline at the top of the room, and a space for natural air intake and exhaust under the trolley. During the experiment, the heat released from the combustion of the sample and the combustion products must be discharged from the exhaust pipe, which is constructed with brick walls. 2. The ignition source is a 31KW propane right angle sandbox burner (with a side length of 250mm and a height of 80mm) placed in a vertical corner on a small cart. 3. A comprehensive sampling area is set up in the smoke exhaust duct for placing sensors and sampling pipes. 4. Smoke exhaust speed: 0.50 cubic meters per second to 0.65 cubic meters per second. 5. Indoor environmental temperature measurement: K-type armored thermocouple with a diameter of 1MM, environmental pressure test: ± 200Pa. 6. Smoke exhaust duct temperature measurement: imported K-type armored thermocouple with a diameter of 0.5. 7. Temperature measurement accuracy: 0.5 ℃. 8. High precision pressure sensor for exhaust duct, with an accuracy of ± 2Pa 9. Time recording system accuracy: 0.1S. 10. Test time: 1 to 30 minutes can be set. 11. The smoke density measurement system can measure the smoke density during the testing process. 12. The gas analyzer and key components are all imported with original packaging. 13. Equipped with embedded computer and 8.4-inch LCD display, with multiple communication interface options including TCP/IP and RS-232 14.
