Product overview and usage
This product uses circulating air for constant temperature drying,
with a high degree of intelligence, no need for special
supervision, and the temperature is adjusted according to the
user's intelligent automatic control, so as to achieve the drying
effect in the shortest time. Its working temperature can be from
room temperature to the maximum, and the working temperature can be
arbitrarily selected within this range, and the temperature can be
kept constant by the automatic control system in the box after
selection. It is equipped with an electric blower to promote the
mechanical convection of indoor hot air and make the indoor
temperature more uniform.
Performance indicators
Note: When the ambient temperature is +5~+35°C, the performance is
stabilized for 2 hours without test load. In addition, the
temperature rise and fall time refers to the performance of the
power supply voltage with a normal supply voltage and an ambient
temperature of +25±5°C.
Equipment structure
This equipment is composed of imported high-quality library board,
and the high-efficiency insulation cotton is used as the insulation
layer material between the studio and the box shell, which has good
insulation effect and is safe and environmentally friendly. Open
the exhaust valve on the top of the box to exchange the hot and
cold air in the studio, and the temperature control is
automatically adjusted by the thermal expansion controller or
digital display instrument. All electrical operating equipment is
installed in the control layer on the side of the box. There are
side doors in the control level that can be removed for inspection
or repair of wiring.
