High Vacuum Roll-to-Roll Coating Process

| Start | Begin the coating process. |
| Vacuum System Activation & Preheating | Start the vacuum system, preheat, check cooling and heating
systems, and conduct system inspection. |
| Loading Base Film & Threading | Load the base film material and thread it through the system. |
| Chamber Sealing | Close the chamber and winding system to create a sealed
environment. |
| Vacuum Pumping | Generate a vacuum environment to prepare for the coating process. |
| Start Coating | Activate the winding system, initiate evaporation sources, and
begin deposition. |
| End Coating | Complete the deposition process, shut down the evaporation source,
stop wire feeding, gas supply, and winding system. |
| Vacuum Release (Ventilation) | Release vacuum pressure by allowing air back into the chamber. |
| Open Chamber | Open the chamber for unloading. |
| Unloading & Equipment Cleaning | Remove the coated film rolls and clean the equipment for the next
