All the tube and frame firstly cutting by the laser machine with
high precision.
Laser board cutting machine
All the steel board will be cutting by the laser machine with high
precision.
CNC bending machine
To make bend the frame directly without any welding point, can the
frame more stable.
Hot-dip Galvanized frame without welding.
The frame adopts laser high-precision cutting, CNC bending, 304
stainless steel high-strength screw fixation, the overall operation
precision is higher than the welding frame precision, more stable
and safe.
The frame steel adopts Q235 international standard profile, the
thickness is 4mm, the surface is treated by pickling, phosphating
and hot dip galvanizing, SGS salt spray test grade report is grade
10.
