By utilizing different heads in a combined extrusion system
positioned between two extrusion machines, products with a visible
strip line or double layers can be blown.
The mould clamping device incorporates a toggle-type mechanism and
linear guider. Operating with double stations, it enables the mould
platen to move quickly and steadily.
An improved design of the hydraulic oil loop results in power
savings, rapid performance, and stability.
The installation and maintenance of hydraulic elements are
hassle-free, with a removable and mobile oil tank included for
convenience.
Controlled entirely by a computer, this machine features a
hydraulic system with double proportional control. It boasts fault
automatic alarm, reliable operation, high automation, and data
storage for up to 40 sets of moulds.
Three operation modes - "Manual," "Semi Auto," and "Full Auto" -
are available for selection.
The safety door is equipped with electric and mechanical safety
features to prevent mould closure when the door is open, ensuring
secure and reliable operation.
This machine offers two blowing functions: straight cutting and
oblique cutting, including an oblique blowing function.
