This is a piston rod automatic welding machine that uses servo
motors for automatic positioning, achieving precise welding.
Resistance welding control integration technology automatically
completes processes such as dual track loading, positioning,
welding, and unloading, using well-known pneumatic components to
achieve precise welding. Efficient and safe, 24-hour execution of
welding instructions, storage of multiple welding specifications,
able to meet the welding needs of different types of pull rods. The
equipment is easy to operate and has a welding monitoring system to
ensure no virtual welding or leakage, improve production
efficiency, and enhance product quality.
Features:
1. The overall structure of the machine adopts a single tree style,
and the body is designed for impact resistance, earthquake
resistance, and high rigidity. Through precise mechanical
processing, it meets the installation and load strength of each
component. Multiple reinforcing ribs have been welded inside the
rack to ensure the rigidity of the equipment during use and
minimize slight deformation during the welding process, ensuring
the stability of welding and the safety of manual use.
2.Electrode pressurization, smooth and fast, aluminum alloy
cylinder barrel, low damping sealing ring, light friction ring
combination cylinder, equipped with a pilot high flow
electromagnetic directional valve, with faster response speed and
extremely sensitive follow-up performance, achieving extremely high
dot speed.
3. Insulation protection, safe and reliable. The secondary side
circuit adopts a pressurized cylinder seat and upper arm insulation
method, which facilitates direct installation and welding work on

Independent Vibration Disc: The equipment is equipped with an independent vibration disc that
can hold 500 workpieces, ensuring that the equipment does not
require manual assembly for 2 hours. Equipped with fully automatic
welding, the production capacity can reach 720pcs/h.
Human-computer Interaction Interface: Through touch screen or physical buttons, operators can
intuitively adjust welding parameters, store and call hundreds of
process formulas; The system displays dynamic curves in real-time
and automatically records welding data to support quality
traceability; Simultaneously integrating fault diagnosis,
permission management, and IoT communication functions,
significantly improving welding consistency.
Waterway Components: All waterway components undergo surface treatment to prevent
rusting, and waterway drainage is independently discharged to the
water tank. Based on the outflow situation, blockages in the
waterway can be observed and eliminated.
