Product description
The straight-row sieve is a compact and easy-to-move screening
equipment. It is mainly composed of a sieve box, sieve screen,
vibration motor, vibration damping device and frame. Through the
excitation effect of the vibration motor, the materials move on the
sieve surface to achieve screening. It has the characteristics of
large processing capacity, high efficiency, low energy consumption,
high screening accuracy, easy cleaning and maintenance, good
sealing performance, and quiet operation. It is widely used in the
screening and impurity removal of powder particles in industries
such as food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and metal powder.
Working principle
The straight-through vibrating screen uses one or two horizontal
vibrating motors as the excitation source, with the vibrating
motors placed on both sides of the machine body. The vibrating
motor converts the rotational motion into a multi-force
superposition of horizontal, vertical, inclined and centrifugal
forces through two sets of unbalanced eccentric blocks at the upper
and lower ends of the shaft, and then transmits it to the screen
surface. By changing the phase angle and weight of the upper and
lower eccentric blocks, the magnitude of the excitation force and
the movement trajectory of the material can be altered, enabling
the material to perform an elliptical movement trajectory on the
screen surface, quickly and reciprocally completing the over-net
action. At the same time, the vibration force can continuously
exert the effects of stripping, breaking up and reorganizing on the
material, thus allowing the material to quickly pass through the
screen. Materials that cannot pass through the screen are
discharged from the upper discharge port of the screen according to
the movement trajectory of the equipment, completing the screening
process.

1. Large processing capacity: The large flow outlet at the bottom
enables rapid discharge, with a high output. It is 2-5 times that
of a regular round screen. The material stays on the screen for a
short time, allowing for quick screening and discharging processes.
2. High efficiency and low energy consumption: Utilizing the
efficient vibration excitation of the vibration motor, the material
moves and passes through the mesh quickly on the screen. It has low
energy consumption and can be continuously produced 24 hours a day.
It has a high degree of automation and saves labor costs.
3. High screening accuracy: It can be used in single or multiple
layers. By setting different-sized holes or openings on the screen
to control the particle size classification during screening, it
enables multiple-level screening in one process, suitable for rough
screening and precise screening of granular and powder materials.
4. Compact structure: Small in size, it does not occupy space, is
easy to move, and is convenient for installation and layout. It can
be flexibly adjusted in position according to on-site needs.
5. Easy cleaning and maintenance: Easy to disassemble and assemble,
easy to clean both inside and outside, without any hygiene dead
corners, in line with food-grade GMP standards, and the external
structure of the vibration motor is easy to maintain.
6. Good sealing performance: Adopting a fully enclosed structure,
it is rigorous in sealing, with no leakage of liquids and no dust
flying. It ensures a clean working environment and prevents
material leakage and pollution.
