Brown aluminum oxide

Brown corundum abrasive is produced by fusion of bauxite in an electric arc furnace at high temperatures.Brown fused aluminum oxide is of high hardness, toughness, self-sharpening, heat resistance and chemical stability, etc.
Brown fused aluminum oxide can be used in the manufacture of Bonded abrasives, Coated Abrasives,Vitrified/Resin grinding tool, and refractory, etc.

Brown aluminum oxide sizes :
For Abrasvies: F8-F220, F230-F1200. P8-P220 or any other sizes by customer's requirement.
For Refractories: 0-1mm, 1-3mm, 3-5mm, -200 mesh, 325 mesh or any other sizes by customer's requirement.

Applications

1. Abrasive blasting.Brown fused alumina as sandblasting abrasive hardness is moderate, high bulk density, no free silica, than the major, good toughness, is the ideal "green" type sandblasting material, widely used in aluminum, copper profiles glass, Washed jeans, precision molds and other fields;
