1 . Descriptions:

design and a base that regulates the state of vibration. Other

The vibratory bowl feeder can deliver parts in sequence to a
designated location on the production line. When the number of
parts reaches a predetermined number, the vibratory bowl feeder
will stop vibrating until the next round of conveying begins. This
type of vibratory bowl feeder with a counting function is usually
used in conjunction with a packaging machine to minimize the errors
associated with manual counting.

3 . Design of Vibratory Bowl Feeders :
Conveying pharmaceuticals is an important application of vibratory
bowl feeders, which can improve productivity and reduce damage and
waste of pharmaceuticals.
Vibratory bowl feeders should be made to avoid sharp edges of the
product and the surface of the bowl should be smooth and flat. If
the pharmaceuticals being transported are fragile, a buffer zone of
soft material can be placed in the conveying path or other
auxiliary devices can be used to reduce collision and friction.
To ensure that medicines are not contaminated, vibratory bowl
feeders should be made of materials that can be easily sterilized
and cleaned. When replacing transported medications, the bowl and
conveyor track need to be thoroughly cleaned to avoid
cross-contamination.
