Working principle
First Step
In the first step, putting the bunch of straw and grains into the
feeder. The feeder controls the feed rate to prevent overloading
into the
machine.
Second Step
The rapidly rotating set of blades, called the separator. The
separator first tore the bundles apart, breaking the twine, and
snapping the
heads from the straw after beating the straw and heads onto a
grooved plate, kneeling them without crushing them. Then the straw
passed over
a straw rake to remove most of the straw from the kernels.
Third Step
In the last step, the cleaner kernels passed through the last
screen were moved over an air stream that blew off the remaining
chaff and
straw away. The clean or pure grains fell into a feeder where a
measuring device measured kernels, and later it blew out onto a
straw stack
by a larger, stronger blower.
Feature
The motor is mounted on the power seat, the drive shaft is mounted
on the bearing seat, the drive shaft is connected with the motor
through
the belt, the screw and the rubber nail are arranged on the driving
shaft. The driving shaft is matched with the drive shaft by the
gear
shaft. The rubber wheel sets on the drive shaft. Both ends of the
drive shaft are not in the same horizontal plane. Since the drive
shaft is
provided with helical strips and rubber nails, the drive shaft is
provided with a plurality of rubber wheels, the master shaft and
the drive
shaft cooperate with each other, and the peeling device can evenly
distribute the ear that has entered the machine to two pairs of
relatively rotating peeling Axis, and in the case of the rotation
