Equipment workflow design
(1) Quantitative packaging of cotton balls
Vibration plate/manipulator material distribution
Use a stainless steel vibration plate to arrange the cotton balls
neatly, and use a photoelectric sensor to count or a volumetric cup
to ensure that the number/weight of cotton balls in each bag is
consistent (such as 5g/bag).
(2) Automatic bagging of prefabricated bags
Bagging
Put the prefabricated bag on the bag taker and automatically take
the bag
Bag opening assistance
Negative pressure suction cup or clamp to open the bag mouth
(3) Quantitative injection of iodine tincture
Liquid metering system
Use a high-precision peristaltic pump or ceramic plunger pump
(corrosion-resistant) to control the amount of iodine tincture
(such as 2mL/bag) through a flow meter with an error of ±0.1mL.
Anti-drip design
The needle is immediately sucked back after injection, and the bag
mouth is sealed with a silicone pad.
(4) Sealing and output
Heat sealing parameters
Double-pass heat sealing (temperature 180-200℃, time 1.5s) to
ensure sealing. Nitrogen replacement can be added to extend the
shelf life.
Defective products are automatically removed by weighing sensors or
visual inspection (whether there are cotton balls/liquid levels).
