1. Product Description

The notebook hinge life testing machine can simulate whether the hinge of NOTE-BOOK (notebook, point reader, computer) has retention force after being opened and closed the cover multiple times, or whether the resistance of the hinge increases and damages the plastic body. This machine is equipped with an LED preset six-digit counter and a time relay to ensure the accuracy of the machine's operation.

This machine adopts an imported touch screen PLC human-machine interface controller to simulate electronic products such as LCD displays, notebooks, DVDs, and VCDs. It conducts life tests by repeatedly flipping the hinge back and forth. Under certain angles, speeds, and times, it conducts comprehensive tests to quickly determine the damage of the product.

The rotation angle, speed, and test times can be set;The base position of the entire machine can be freely adjusted;The single machine base can be replaced with molds, and the multiple holes can be freely positioned;Test data can be set on the touch screen, and the effective functions can be displayed;The angle adjustment dial and the screw program are coordinated to achieve the angle adjustment.
