It is an 8 mm eddy-current proximity transducer probe used to measure shaft vibration and

position in rotating machinery, helping monitor machine health and detect faults early.

2. What is the operating temperature range?

The standard probe operates between –51 °C and +177 °C (–60 °F to +350 °F).

3. Can this probe be used with other Bently Nevada 3300 series components?

Yes, it is compatible and interchangeable with both 3300 XL and non-XL 3300 series probes, cables, and Proximitor sensors.

4. Does the probe require calibration before use?

No, probes, cables, and Proximitor sensors are factory-matched for electrical length and do not require field calibration.
