Description
The GKG GSE automatic stencil printer utilizes a uniform ring light
and high-brightness coaxial light, equipped with an adjustable
brightness function. This ensures that all types of mark points can
be accurately recognized, including those that are rugged. The
printer is suitable for various types of PCBs, including those with
tin plating, coppering, gold plating, tin spraying, and FPC,
regardless of color.
Featuring GKG's patented mathematical model, the printer guarantees
high precision. The GKG GSE's full-automatic stencil printer
cleaning system is equipped with three cleaning methods: dry
cleaning, wet cleaning, and vacuum. These methods can be used in
combination or manually if the customer prefers to reduce cleaning
time and enhance production efficiency. The newly designed wiping
system ensures full contact with the stencil, and increased vacuum
suction effectively removes residual paste from the mesh, achieving
effective automatic cleaning.
The CCD component and cleaning system of the GKG GSE solder paste
printer are separated. When the CCD is in operation, it moves
independently to reduce the load on the servo motor, thereby
improving machine speed and accuracy. The printer's highly
adaptable steel mesh frame clamping system can print screen frames
of all sizes and allows for quick model changes during production
line operations.
