1.About cemented carbide material:
1)Cemented carbide is a kind of alloy material made of hard
compound of refractory metal and bonding
metal by powder metallurgy process.

2.Thread inserts reduce the processing process:
before threading processing do not need to be finished in the
processing of the thread part, can be processed
by the polishing edge during threading processing, so that the top
diameter of the thread to reach the ideal size,
while ensuring a very good finish;
3.Automatic deburring:
The polishing edge of the thread realizes the polishing of the top
diameter of the processed thread by the blade,

4.Excellent chip breaking performance:
A wavy chip breaking table is designed in the front cutter surface
of the threaded blade. The chip flow generated
during cutting is lifted by the chip breaking table, which guides
the chip moving along the front end of the chip
breaking table and controls the forming so that the chip can obtain
a smaller radius of curvature;
5.Universal groove design:
Because of this particular chip breaking structure, the chip
generation, flow, crimping, breaking is mainly controlled
by the blade itself, so in the processing of different materials of
the workpiece and the use of different processing
parameters can obtain satisfactory processing results.
