When activated (automatically upon immersion or manually), the
TB520 AIS MOB Rescue Device performs multiple life-saving actions
simultaneously:
- Sends AIS MOB alert
Transmits an AIS distress signal with GPS location to nearby
vessels with chartplotters and AIS receivers. - Broadcasts VHF voice alarm
Repeated voice loop calling “Man Overboard” on VHF Channel 16,
ensuring immediate human recognition even without digital devices. - Accurate GNSS Positioning
