The D51Y series vertical ring rolling machine (hole expanding
machine) developed and produced by DORCO is an ideal equipment for
the hot rolling and expanding process of circular rough blanks.
This product is mainly used in the processing and production of non
welded ring parts such as bearings, flat welding flanges, high
diameter flanges, and small thin-walled barrel shaped components.
After upsetting and punching, forging enterprises use this
equipment to expand holes, which can perfectly connect the entire
forging process.

The D51Y vertical ring rolling machine adopts a ring expansion
fixed rolling wheel system, which has high axial positioning
accuracy and simplifies the mechanical processing of the rolling
wheel;
There is a square hole behind the conical hole at the end of the
lower support shaft. The connection between the rolling and the
lower support shaft is reliable, easy to replace, reduces non
productive labor consumption, and improves labor productivity;
The main components of D51Y ring rolling machine are made of cast
steel and high-quality alloy steel, and have undergone reasonable
heat treatment. The bed, base and other large parts are welded with
steel plates, which have good rigidity, light weight, clear and
beautiful shape.
The precision rolling mechanism adopts synchronous belt
transmission, which is easy to operate, stable in operation, and
has a large adjustable range;
The selection and distribution of spindle bearings are relatively
reasonable, and the rolling wheel has high rotational accuracy;
The lower support part is fixed in the rectangular frame with a
wedge iron, making adjustment and maintenance very convenient;
The lower support bearing has good sealing to ensure normal
operation in harsh environments;
We have selected a standard reducer and a Y-shaped motor, both of
which are placed on the same seat, with a compact structure and
easy installation and maintenance;
Compressed air is released through a muffler, eliminating noise
