    Product Description:

    Spiral welded pipe machine is a high-quality equipment designed specifically for the production of spiral welded pipes. This machine is also known as a spiral welded pipe machine, which can efficiently and accurately form and weld spiral pipes.
    The DRC-1800 model covers an area of 24 * 180 square meters and can handle coils weighing up to 30 tons without the need for frequent coil replacement for continuous production. This feature improves productivity and minimizes downtime, making it an effective solution for large-scale manufacturing operations.

    The raw materials are strip steel coils, welding wire, and flux. Strict physical and chemical inspections must be conducted before investment.
    The head and tail of the strip steel are connected by single or double wire submerged arc welding, and after being rolled into a steel pipe, active submerged arc welding is used for repair welding.
    Before forming, the strip steel undergoes leveling, trimming, planing, surface cleaning, transportation, and pre bending treatment.
    Using an electric contact pressure gauge to control the pressure of the oil cylinders on both sides of the conveyor to ensure the smooth transportation of the strip steel.
    Adopting external or internal control roller molding.

    Automatic steel pipe hydrostatic testing machine
    The hydraulic testing machine is mainly used for pressure testing of welded pipes, and has the functions of computer recording, storage, printing, and test results.
