1. Multiple limit protection:
Lifting upper limit/lower limit: Accurately control the upper and
lower limit positions of the hook to prevent "top" or excessive
lowering.
Running limit (if with a trolley): Limit the travel of the trolley
at both ends of the track.
Wire rope anti-loosening device: Ensure that the wire rope is
neatly arranged on the drum to prevent tangled ropes, jumping
grooves or even falling off.
IP54/IP55 protection level: Good dust and water spray resistance,
suitable for general industrial environments.
Thermal protection: The motor has a built-in thermal switch to
prevent the motor from burning due to overload or frequent
starting.
Emergency power-off switch: Convenient to quickly cut off the power
supply in an emergency.

2. High performance and long life:
High-efficiency motor: Adopt specially designed conical rotor motor
or dual-speed/variable frequency motor, with large starting torque,
smooth operation, high efficiency and low heat generation.
Hard-toothed gearbox: Gears are usually made of high-strength alloy
steel, which is processed by carburizing and quenching, with high
hardness, good wear resistance, high transmission efficiency, low
noise and long life.
High-quality wire rope: Use galvanized or smooth wire rope with
high strength, high toughness and good fatigue resistance, which
usually meets DIN or ISO standards.
High working level: European hoists are usually designed for M5
(equivalent to FEM 1Am) or higher working levels, indicating that
they are suitable for medium use intensity (such as factory
workshops and warehouses) and have a long design life.
Maintenance-free/low-maintenance design: Key components such as the
gearbox use long-term grease, and the motor bearings are well
sealed, which reduces the workload of daily maintenance.
