3.8cm, 4cm, 5cm, and 8cm. The vertical length dimensions are
currently 7cm, 7.5cm, 8cm, 9cm, and 9.5cm. The vertical adjustment
range is 15mm, and the front and rear adjustment range is 25-35mm.
