Product Description
The RCQ-10C is a compact and efficient hydraulic rotary drilling
rig designed for a variety of piling and drilling operations. It is
equipped with a 36 kW Kubota V2607-DI-T0CF21 diesel engine, which
can provide reliable and stable performance in harsh environments.
Its drilling depth can reach 10 meters and the diameter range is
300 to 1000 mm, which can meet the needs of different projects.
The drilling rig uses the Sany SY60C excavator chassis to ensure
stability and maneuverability. The rotary drilling head has a
torque of 35 kN·m, a travel distance of 1100 mm, and a speed of
10-45 rpm, which can operate flexibly under different drilling
conditions. The equipment is equipped with a rated lifting force of
27 kN and a thrust force of 25 kN, which can efficiently complete
difficult tasks.
The main winch has a rated lifting force of 38 kN, and the
auxiliary winch has a maximum load of 14 kN, ensuring smooth
lifting and lowering operations during drilling. The chassis
travels at a speed of 3 km/h and can climb slopes up to 30°, making
