Nanoscale Yellow Optical Grade Polishing Powder

By mechanical friction between polishing molds (such as asphalt, polyurethane) and polishing powder, trace materials on the glass surface are removed to achieve the requirements of flatness and smoothness. Features: Suitable for large-sized optical components (such as telescope lenses), with low processing costs. Application scenarios: rough polishing of optical lens blanks, preliminary polishing of planar optical components (such as prisms).

【Application】

It is suitable for optical spherical glass with abrasion 100-150. Cerium oxide abrasive is more used in the optical glass polishing. It is used as grains abrasive in suspension or fixed abrasive (pellets); these pellets are manufactured from a mixture made of cerium oxide abrasive and a organic binder.
