Construction & Design Highlights
CB-SP-6FN-VEP features a steel body with high-precision machined threads and chrome-plated components for durability. The female and male halves use a threaded sleeve lock for manual engagement, ensuring tight sealing even under residual pressure.
Internally, the flat-face valve structure offers flush sealing with metal-to-metal contact. This limits fluid spillage and prevents air intrusion when reconnecting, especially critical in construction hydraulics and mobile tool setups.
The built-in anti-blowout bonded seal protects against internal damage from pressure spikes, making it highly reliable in heavy-duty or repetitive connect/disconnect environments.
