The company has a registered capital of $1000, 000 and specialized
in manufacturing, producing, designing and researching precision
forging parts for electric power, automobile, motorcycle, railway,
shipping, mining, mechanical and so on. It covers more than 21, 000
square meters, 6000 square meters standard workshop.
Having 5 sets of forging production lines mainly include300T, 400T,
630T, 1600T friction presses, also 1 sets of free forging lines
include some air hammers.
We had been passed ISO9001: 2008 and ISO/TS16949 quality management
system, CAD/CAM system was implemented for design and fabrication
of forging dies. We utilize effective inspection equipments to
inspect every operation and detail from the raw material to the
finished products, hence our quality is secured and reliable.
The products have been exported to Asian, Europe, South America,
Africa etc, achieving client′s prasise. Our clients contain
Emerson, Ford Motor, Samsung, Energy China etc.
