1. Introduction

Apparatus for mechanical strength test on resilient covers is designed according to BS1363-1 figure 2 & clause 9.3.1, BS1363-2 figure 2 & clause 9.3.1, BS1363-3 figure 2 & clause 9.4.1, for checking if the live parts of BS plugs with resilient covers is accessible to the users under normal use.
