What is a Pultruded Carbon Fiber Tube?

Pultrusion is a continuous manufacturing process in which carbon fiber tows are pulled through a heated die, impregnated with resin (typically epoxy or vinyl ester), and then cured. The resulting tube is perfectly straight, with fibers aligned almost entirely in the 0° (axial) direction.

Crafted from 100% unidirectional carbon fiber, these pultruded carbon fiber round tubes boast exceptional strength along their length, though they may be susceptible to crushing forces.

The maximum length of the tube can be 5500mm.
