1. Introduction
It adopts new technology to test the air permeability of paper,
cardboard or other sheet materials with the most commonly used test
methods. This instrument is a single-chip computer controlled,
fully automatic instrument. Its test method meets the requirements
of many methods such as Schopper, Bengtson, Glay and so on. It is
the advanced instrument for testing the permeability of paper in
the domestic paper making, packaging and cigarette industries, and

2. working principle
Utilizing the principle of the differential pressure method, a
pre-treated specimen is placed between the upper and lower
measuring surfaces, creating a constant pressure difference between
the two sides of the specimen. Under the action of the pressure
difference, gas flows through the specimen from the high-pressure
side to the low-pressure side. Based on the area of the specimen,
the pressure difference and the flow rate, the permeability of the
specimen is calculated.

5. Wide range: the instrument has three models (A, B, C), its range
covers all paper permeability test.Type A is often used for
wrapping paper and cultural paper (such as paper bag paper, filter
paper, thermal paper, etc.), type B is often used for tobacco
industry paper (such as cigarette paper, packaging paper, stripe
paper, etc.), and type C is often used for punching paper (such as
molding paper, tea filter paper).
