The LRQS-2000 surface tile bonding strength tester is designed in accordance with the industry standard "Technical Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Exterior Wall Surface Tiles". It can apply continuous and uniform loads, has a compact structure, is durable, and displays the bonding force value through an LCD screen. It automatically and accurately records the bonding force value and maintains the peak value. This product is powered by dry batteries, is small and lightweight, with a total weight of approximately 3 kilograms. It is convenient for on-site carrying and use, and fully complies with applicable standards: GB9799-88 Coating Bonding Strength, JGJ110-97 "Standard for Inspection of Bonding Strength of Building Exterior Wall Tiles", JGJ126-2000 "Technical Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Exterior Wall Surface Tiles", JGJ144-2004 "Technical Code for External Wall External Insulation Engineering", JG158-2004 "Glue Powder Polystyrene Granule External Wall External Insulation System", JG149-2003 "Thin Coat Glue for Expanding Polystyrene Board External Wall External Insulation System". It is specifically designed to have a maximum tensile force of 2kN to ensure the testing accuracy of the instrument. Moreover, it is long-lasting and can be used for pull-out tests of rivets.
