ASTM D 2843 Smoke Density Tester Product Introduction:
In a fire accident, thick smoke is often the main factor that
hinders people's escape and rescue. Therefore, accurately
evaluating the smoke density of building materials is crucial for

ASTM D 2843 Smoke Density Tester Features:
1. The test box uses Teflon as a coating, which can resist the
erosion of smoke generated by combustion and greatly extend the
life of the product;
2. The bottom of the box is installed with a white background and
red "EXIT" font. The tester can judge the clarity and blurriness of
the sample through the transparent observation window;
3. The test light source is an incandescent lamp, and the
photoelectric sensor is a silicon photodiode. The silicon
photodiode has a cosine calibration function and is equipped with a
color filter to filter out ultraviolet and infrared light that
cannot be recognized by the human eye. It has excellent human eye
matching;
4. The main burner is at a pressure of 276KPA, and the test sample
is subjected to flame impact. An auxiliary burner is equipped to
perform flame impact on the dripping material;
5. The auxiliary burner gas pressure is 138KPA, and the molten
dripping material is further burned. Burn;
6. The standard test software can not only display the
transmittance value of the optical path every 15s, but also draw
the transmittance test curve. After the test, the software can
display the SDR smoke density value, that is, the smoke integral
value;
7. Through the test software, the test reports of the three groups
of test samples can be synthesized to draw an SDR smoke density
development curve;
8. Computer software can be used to compare the three groups of
test results SDR at the same time to automatically determine
whether they can meet the test result requirements;
9. Data can be output through the computer, connected to print and
print test reports, which is convenient for users to use
