Principles and core advantages of deep well pump technology
Deep well pump is a special type of pump designed specifically for
the development of deep groundwater sources. Its core working
principle is based on the combination of centrifugal force and
fluid dynamics: the multi-stage impeller at the lower end of the
pump shaft is driven by a motor to rotate at high speed, and the
water body moves from the center of the impeller to the edge under
the action of centrifugal force. After obtaining dynamic energy, it
is converted into pressure energy through guide vanes and gradually
lifted to the surface. Compared to ordinary water pumps, deep well
pumps have three major technical advantages:
High head characteristic: By connecting multiple impellers in
series (2-10 stages), it is possible to achieve water delivery with
a lift of 10-500 meters, meeting the demand for extracting well
water at a depth of 100 meters;
Compact underground installation: The pump body diameter is only
50-300mm, compatible with standard well pipes (such as
100mm/150mm/200mm diameter), and the minimum installation clearance
is only 20mm
High efficiency conversion: Adopting a large channel impeller
design and wear-resistant coating technology, the efficiency of the
clean water pump can reach over 80%, saving 15% -20% energy
compared to traditional centrifugal pumps.

Drip irrigation/sprinkler irrigation system: Select submersible
pumps with a flow rate of 10-50m ³/h and a head of 50-100m, and use

Drought resistance in arid areas: The vertical long shaft pump,
combined with a frequency converter, can automatically adjust the
