Introduction
Stainless steel material; 304, 316, 316L stainless steel has
extremely strong corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance,
wear resistance, and sanitary characteristics. It is suitable for
general corrosive acidic and alkaline liquids, as well as liquids
such as food, drugs, cosmetics, etc. It cannot transport highly
corrosive liquids such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric
acid, hydrofluoric acid, etc.
Aluminum alloy material; It has mild corrosion resistance and
cannot be used for halogenated liquids. It is suitable for
adhesives, water-based coatings, oils, organic solvents, ceramic
glaze water, etc.
Cast iron material; It has high strength, hardness, wear
resistance, and is not corrosion-resistant, suitable for non
corrosive liquids. For example: sewage, sludge, mud treatment, oil
media, etc
Perfluorinated material/PVDF; PVDF has strong toughness and
excellent aging resistance. Its corrosion resistance is suitable
for chemical, electronic, petrochemical, solvent transportation,
electroplating cleaning solutions, nitric acid, waste acid, and
corrosive acids.
