Ultra quiet design
By using industrial grade noise reduction devices (multi-layer air ducts, phase modulation heat sinks) and a closed body structure, the operating noise is controlled at 54-82 dB (7 meters away), which is about 20% lower than that of ordinary generators. For example, the noise level of the 10kW model of Dazhe Power is only 54-59 dB, which is close to the daily conversation sound level.
Voltage stability and power quality
Equipped with an automatic voltage regulator (AVR), the voltage fluctuation rate during loading is ≤± 1%, the no-load distortion rate is<5%, and the on load distortion rate is<3%, which can protect precision equipment (such as medical instruments and communication base station rectifier modules) from harmonic damage.
Some models, such as the Hansa EU10REM, use rare earth permanent magnet motors with standard sine wave output waveform, suitable for places with high requirements for power quality.
Multi intelligent protection system
Automatic alarm and shutdown: supports protection against three failed startups and triggers the switching of standby units; Capable of detecting faults such as low-speed/overspeed, low oil pressure, high cylinder temperature, and abnormal voltage.
Mechanical safety protection: Add shock-absorbing bolts to the frame to avoid transportation damage; IP23-IP24 protection level, dustproof and splash proof.
Energy saving and environmental performance
The fuel consumption is as low as 320-395 g/kW · h (such as the Daze TOTO 10 which is 320g), and the maximum fuel tank capacity is 50L (for 60kW models), supporting 8-12 hours of continuous operation.
Compliant with national IV/V emission standards and US EPA Tier II, some models are compatible with liquefied gas (LPG) or natural gas (NG), reducing carbon emissions
