The rotary drum stirring two-in-one fertilizer production line is a
composite granulation equipment that combines the advantages of
rotary drum granulation and stirring granulation. It is specially
designed to mold organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, and
powdered materials. It realizes efficient granulation through the
dual mechanical and physical forces. It has the characteristics of
large output, uniform particles, and strong adaptability.
Features
Dual-mode collaborative process: Drum granulation achieves initial
agglomeration of materials, and the stirring tooth device performs
secondary shaping to improve the roundness (≥90%) and strength of
particles.
Intelligent control system: PLC automatically adjusts the speed,
inclination and humidity to adapt to different raw materials
(livestock and poultry manure, straw, sludge, etc.).
Low-carbon energy saving: Energy consumption is 30% lower than that
of traditional equipment, and the design without drying link
reduces dependence on heat source.
Modular structure: Dust removal and cooling modules can be expanded
to meet environmental emission standards.
Application
Organic fertilizer field: resource utilization of livestock and
poultry manure and kitchen waste.
Chemical field: granulation of compound fertilizer and trace
element fertilizer.
Environmental protection field: solidification and granulation of
sludge in sewage treatment plants.
Fertilizer granulator production line
Pretreatment: raw material crushing → ingredient mixing → moisture
adjustment to 20%-30%.
Granulation stage: material enters the inner wall of the drum and
rolls and adheres → stirring and mixing with stirring teeth at high
speed → granulation is performed through rotating stirring and
kneading motion (particle size 2-8mm adjustable).
Post-treatment: particle screening → coating (optional) → automatic
packaging.
