Working principle
The rotary screen is driven by a motor to make the screen body
perform a rotary motion (a combined motion of horizontal circular
motion and vertical vibration), causing the material to be pushed
in a spiral motion on the screen surface under the action of
centrifugal force, gravity and inertial force. Fine particles
penetrate the screen and are discharged, while coarse particles are
discharged from the end. The movement trajectory of the material
can be controlled by adjusting the rotational speed, amplitude and
the inclination Angle of the screen surface, achieving precise
classification of materials of different particle sizes.
