The rotary screen is a device that uses a motor to drive the screen
body to perform rotary motion to achieve material screening. Its
screen surface is usually circular or elliptical. During operation,

Working principle
The rotary screen is driven by a motor to make the screen body
perform rotary motion, causing the material to be pushed forward in
a spiral shape on the screen surface under the action of
centrifugal force, gravity, etc. Fine particles pass through the
screen and are discharged, while coarse particles are discharged
from the end. The compound motion trajectory can optimize the
screening efficiency by adjusting parameters such as speed and
amplitude, and is suitable for the classification operation of
granular materials in industries such as mining and chemical
engineering.
