The rotary vibrating screen is an efficient screening equipment.
Its main body is usually driven by a vertical motor as the
excitation source. Through the eccentric weights installed at the
upper and lower ends of the motor, the screen surface generates
three-dimensional rotational vibrations in the horizontal, vertical
and inclined directions. The materials on the screen surface
diffuse in a spiral shape from the center to the periphery, thereby
achieving the classification and screening of materials of
different particle sizes. It features high screening accuracy,
large processing capacity, compact structure, easy operation and
maintenance, etc. It is widely used in the screening and filtration
of granular and powdered materials in the chemical, food,
pharmaceutical, mining and other industries.
Working principle
The rotary vibrating screen uses a vertical motor as the excitation
source. Through the rotation of the eccentric weights at the upper
and lower ends, the screen surface generates a three-dimensional
compound vibration of horizontal, vertical and inclined. The
material spreads and moves in a spiral shape from the center to the
periphery on the screen surface. Fine particles are discharged
through the screen mesh, and coarse particles are discharged from
the edge discharge port, thus achieving precise classification and
screening. It features high screening efficiency, compact structure
and convenient operation, and is suitable for the processing of
granular and powdered materials in multiple industries such as
chemical engineering, food and medicine.
