SH122 Petroleum Emulsification Tester
The SH122 petroleum demulsifier is used to determine the ability of
petroleum synthesis liquids to separate from water. Compliant with
GB/T7605-2008 Determination of Emulsification Degree of Steam
Turbine Oil in Operation and GB/T7305-2003 Determination of Water
Separation of Petroleum and Synthetic Liquids, the constant
temperature bath adopts a small cylinder body, which is easy to
operate, accurate in measurement, and aesthetically pleasing in
appearance. It is a new type of instrument introduced domestically.

Petroleum emulsion breaking: Under specified test conditions, the
same volume of test oil and distilled water are stirred to form an
emulsion, and the time required to achieve separation (i.e. when
the volume of emulsion at the oil water separation interface is
equal to or less than 3mL) is measured. Just read the separation
time (min), no need to calculate.

synthetic liquid water separability tester is designed and
manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB/T7305 ASTM
D1401. This instrument is suitable for measuring oils with a
kinematic viscosity of 28.8~90mm²/s at 40℃. The test temperature is
54±1℃. It can also be used to determine oils with a kinematic
viscosity greater than 90mm²/s at 40℃, but the test temperature is
82±1℃.
