Formulated as a high-performance silicone-based solution, this
black gasket-free sealant is engineered to deliver exceptional
sealing capabilities in automotive and
motorcycle engines and transmissions. It withstands extreme
temperatures ranging from -60°C to +300°C (-76°F to 572°F),
ensuring stability under intense heat and
thermal cycling. Its robust chemical resistance safeguards against
engine oils, fuels, coolants, and hydraulic fluids, preventing
leaks and degradation over time. The
sealant cures rapidly at room temperature to form a flexible,
rubber-like barrier that adapts to mechanical vibrations and
thermal expansion, while resisting aging,
ozone, and UV exposure for long-lasting performance. Non-corrosive
and metal-compatible, it bonds securely with aluminum, steel, and
cast iron components
without causing damage.

surface. For best results, use within 20 minutes of opening.
- Assembly: Join components immediately after application, aligning
carefully. Tighten bolts or fasteners to manufacturer
specifications (incrementally) to ensure even distribution.
- Curing: Allow the sealant to cure for 24 hours at room temperature before
exposing to fluids or pressure. Full curing time may vary with
humidity and temperature.
- Disassembly: For repairs, remove cured sealant with a plastic scraper. Clean
surfaces before reapplying.
Note: Store in a cool, dry place. Keep away from heat and open flames.
Use in well-ventilated areas and wear appropriate protective gear.
