Characteristic
This high-temperature silicone sealant excels in extreme
conditions, withstanding temperatures up to 300°C (572°F) to ensure
stability within engine environments.
It offers outstanding resistance to engine oils, fuels, and
coolants, effectively preventing leaks. Curing rapidly at room
temperature, it forms a flexible, rubbery seal
that adeptly absorbs engine vibrations. Resistant to aging, ozone,
and UV radiation, it guarantees enduring sealing performance over
time. Additionally, it's non-
corrosive to common metals like aluminum, steel, and cast iron,
ensuring safe and reliable use across various engine components.

- Surface Preparation: Clean surfaces thoroughly with a degreaser to remove oil, grease,
and debris. Allow to dry completely.
- Application: Apply a continuous bead of sealant 2-3mm thick along the mating surface. Avoid over-application.
- Assembly: Join components immediately after application. Tighten bolts to
manufacturer specifications within 10-15 minutes.
- Curing: Allow the sealant to cure for 24 hours at room temperature before starting the engine.
- Maintenance: For disassembly, remove cured sealant with a plastic scraper.
Clean surfaces before reapplying.
Note: Always follow safety instructions and ensure proper ventilation
during use. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
