Traffic jam scenario: When the vehicle speed is less than 20km/h
and the front vehicle moves more than 3 meters, the start reminder
is immediately triggered to reduce rear-end collisions and honking
disputes;

activated when the speed is greater than 30km/h, and the 3-second
buffer time is used to gain a golden reaction window for the
