Working Principle
The working principle of the plow blade mixer is as follows: The main shaft drives the plow blades to rotate at high speed, throwing the materials up to form a churning motion state. Meanwhile, the flying blades at the end of the plow blades further shear and disperse the materials, enabling materials of different particle sizes and densities to quickly achieve uniform mixing under the strong convection, diffusion and shearing effects.
