SH120 Fully automatic four ball machine
The SH120 fully automatic four ball machine lubricant anti wear
tester is mainly used to evaluate the bearing capacity of
lubricants in the form of sliding friction under extremely high
point contact pressure conditions. Including three indicators:
maximum non card bite load Pb, sintering load Pd, and comprehensive
wear value ZMZ, different evaluation indicators can be selected
according to the various uses of lubricants in practical
applications. This four ball friction testing machine can also
perform long-term wear resistance tests on lubricants, measure
friction coefficients, and record friction and temperature curves.
Special attachments can also be used for simulating end face wear
and material testing. The design principle of this machine is based
on the loading stability of the lever four ball machine, combined
with the loading characteristics of the servo valve. Through the
use of servo motors, air springs, and closed-loop control software,
it achieves automatic zeroing, automatic loading, automatic
holding, automatic testing, automatic unloading, automatic
measurement of the diameter of the wear spot and taking photos.
With one click operation and data storage, it has fast testing
speed, minimal error, good repeatability, no pollution, no noise,
and high efficiency.
