SH119 Petroleum Product Ash Analyzer
The SH119 petroleum product ash analyzer is designed and
manufactured according to the standards of GB/T508 "Determination
of Ash Content in Petroleum Products", ASTM D482. GB/T2433
"Determination of Sulfate Ash Content in Additives and Lubricating
Oils with Additives", and SH/T0067 "Determination of Ash Content in
Engine Coolants and Rust Inhibitors", and is used to determine the
ash content of lubricating oil products and lubricating grease
sulfates. This instrument is suitable for the determination of ash
content in petroleum products containing raw ash additives
(including certain phosphorus containing compounds), lubricating
oils containing lead, and used engine crankcase oils. The
instrument uses a new type of ceramic furnace as the heating
element, which is suitable for detecting the ash content of
sulfates in lubricating oil containing additives and additive
concentrates of blended lubricating oil.

● The shell is made of steel plates welded by folding, and the
surface is electrostatically sprayed. The heating element is
high-quality silicon carbon rod, and the insulation material is
high-quality aluminum silicate fiber.
● The furnace is made of alumina ceramic fiber, which has the
characteristics of fast heating speed (about 30 minutes to reach
1000 ℃) and good insulation effect (when reaching 1000 ℃, it is not
hot to touch the shell by hand).
● The control part adopts microcomputer PID control function, and
can also configure intelligent program instruments according to
user needs. It can set temperature rise and insulation in sections
and has over temperature alarm timing function.
