SH116 Lubricating grease water repellent performance tester
The SH116 Lubricating Grease Resistance to Water Splashing
Performance Tester is used to determine the resistance of
lubricating grease to water splashing according to SH/T0109-2004
"Lubricating Grease Resistance to Water Splashing Performance
Determination Method" and ASTM D1264 standard. It is a new product
used to evaluate the resistance of lubricating grease to being
washed out of bearings by water under specified experimental
conditions at 38 ℃ and 79 ℃.
Water spray resistance of lubricating grease: water spray
resistance of lubricating grease is the ability of lubricating
grease to resist water impact in running bearing, while water spray
resistance of lubricating grease is the ability of lubricating
grease to resist water spray impact on flat plate

● The temperature of the water bath is input to the temperature
controller through a PT100 sensor (resistance temperature
measurement package) and processed by the internal calculation
circuit of the temperature controller to obtain a control signal.
This control signal is output to complete the heating control

circulating pumps, high flow valves, nozzles, etc
● Adopting electric heating rod heating method, with fast heating
speed

accurate to 0.1S
